This might be one of our biggest myths to date.
How boring would THAT be?!
Before we debunk this myth, we want to clarify any “truth” there is to this:
Yes, of course, over the years we will develop relationships and admiration for certain actors and will eagerly click on their photo when we see they are submitted for a role.
But it is quite literally our job to know the work of as many actors as possible.
We would be doing a huge disservice to our creative team if we only brought in the same actors over and over again.
Our job is to know YOU, to consider every submission and every pitch that is presented in a timely manner.
Just the way YOU want to be a great and appreciated professional? 𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨.
We love being the ones to find a “discovery” and present new and exciting choices to our team.
And we won’t be able to achieve that by only clicking on familiar faces.
Contrary to popular belief, there is no secret potion, combination or key to being successful in this business.

By doing so, the right people will notice and believe in you.
If you ever feel discouraged, go over numbers 1-3 again and see what changes/growth you can make there. #webelieveinyou
